God’s Love In Vanity

Why did Solomon in all his God-given wisdom and riches put such a negative accent on the book of Ecclesiastes? Several times he said All is mere vanity and selfishness. Why didn’t He stress the goodness and wisdom of God more. He talked to young people in this book in the Old Testament, warning them to be wise in their actions and careful with how they live each day.

I have to say this. Life is best when God rules your life. He promises His mercies are new every morning, great is His faithfulness, His compassion fails not and His love for us is infinite. In Romans 8:28, we’re promised that ALL things work together for good to those who love God! I know I’m selfish but I cling to God and He promises to direct my path.
