In Luke 19 prophecy was fulfilled as Jesus entered Jerusalem riding a donkey. He was about to go to the cross. His followers honored Him and called Him King. Two verses in the Old Testament book of Psalms go along with this occurrence. It’s interesting to compare them.

Luke 19:38

“ ‘Blessed is the King who comes in the name of the Lord!’
Peace in heaven and glory in the highest!”

Psalm 118:26

Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!
We have blessed you from the house of the Lord.

Psalm 148:1

Praise the Lord!
Praise the Lord from the heavens;
Praise Him in the heights!
