When my husband was young he knew a family that was a singing group. They travelled alot. If someone got a sore throat they would give them a home remedy.
This morning Samuel and Jonathan awoke with sore throats. So we made them some:
1 cup of hot water
1 Tbsp of apple cider vinegar
3 Tbsps of honey
