Alan Parson’s Eye In The Sky

Anger because you’ve been done wrong can cause you to want to get even. This is wrong. Forgiveness and mentally working through it (AND PRAYER) and then moving on in life is the best way.
Yesterday when I was driving around in Tulsa I thought of a song that I hadn’t heard in years. It’s called the Eye In The Sky by the Alan Parson’s Project. I looked it up on YouTube.

I’ve never seen the guys in the band so it’s always fun to know after all these years what the musicians of the songs I’ve heard a gazillion times look like. It seems I always have a wrong picture in my head.
As the song begins, it is strong, powerful and haunting. There is an angry feel to the music and then it calms as if tension rises and then a satisfactory resolution arrives. Then as the song progresses it gets drawn out and has almost annoying repetition of I Can Read Your Mind. Listening to the words it sounds like a guy (male voice singing) is warning his former girlfriend or wife that he knows her so well he can read her mind and is watching her. It’s almost like he is bullying and threatening her that she will never get away from him.
The song gets boring because the repetitious words and music.

Here is another vid with graphics. I like it but it gets annoying because the person who made it leaves his name in the bottom corner:
