Help Others

I found another good quote on the Mrs. Happy Housewife site. You should just go there and check her site out. She has several interesting aspects. I can go there and read the Bible online with an audio and then have access to the best devotional readings. And then in the upper lefthand corner she searches out interesting websites for each day during the week.
The quote encourages always remember to help others. Even when I get old I don’t want to just sit in an easy chair and waste my time on TV.

“It is not enough merely to exist.
It’s not enough to say, ‘I’m earning enough to support my family.
I do my work well.
I’m a good father, husband, churchgoer.’
That’s all very well.
But you must do something more.
Seek always to do some good, somewhere.
Every man has to seek in his own way to realize his true worth.
You must give some time to your fellow man.
Even if it’s a little thing, do something for those who need help,
something for which you get no pay but the privilege of doing it.
For remember, you don’t live in a world all your own. Your brothers are here too.”

Linda, so sorry to hear what has happened to you “but we know that in all things God works for good, for those who love Him” Rom. 8:28 I am praying for you and your family.
