But You Love Me Daddy (Mom!, I wonder if you remember this one. This one is so much fun . . just love it 🙂

At our family Christmas party I told Mom I was finding a bunch of old video clips on YouTube. Then she said Jim Reeves was a good one. She said he had a smooth voice. I have found several of him. I can’t wait for Mom to see them.

Listening to them I hear the smoothness in his voice. I also see more. The women must have went crazy over him. His voice was tranquil, peaceful and calming when he sang slow songs. Women probably considered him irresistable when he sang about his love leaving him for another! The handsome Jim Reeves is always dressed in a good looking suit as he gently sings the words of rejection. Such a sight can break any woman’s heart and then she would want to run to his aid!
