Nothing Is Too Difficult For God
From Jeremiah 32, King James Version
32:17 –
‘Ah Lord GOD! F311 Behold, You have made R1536 the heavens and the earth by Your great power and by Your outstretched arm! Nothing R1537 is too difficult for You,
32:18 – [In Context|Original Hebrew]
who shows R1538 lovingkindness to thousands, but repays R1539 the iniquity of fathers into the bosom of their children after them, O great R1540 and mighty R1541 God. The LORD R1542 of hosts is His name;
32:19 – [In Context|Original Hebrew]
great R1543 in counsel and mighty in deed, whose eyes R1544 are open to all the ways of the sons of men, giving R1545 to everyone according to his ways and according to the fruit of his deeds;
32:20 – [In Context|Original Hebrew]
who has set R1546 signs and wonders in the land of Egypt, {and} even to this day both in Israel and among mankind; and You have made R1547 a name for Yourself, as at this day.
32:21 – [In Context|Original Hebrew]
‘You brought R1548 Your people Israel out of the land of Egypt with signs and with wonders, and with a strong hand and with an outstretched arm and with great terror;
32:22 – [In Context|Original Hebrew]
and gave them this land, which You swore R1549 to their forefathers to give them, a land flowing with milk and honey.

The Beattitudes
Lately, I ask the question, did Jesus start out His famous Sermon on the Mount talking about when His followers go through hardships? Were the Beattitudes meant to bring comfort from God when hard times hit! In my heart I hope so.
The Beatitudes
3Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
4Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.
5Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.
6Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.
7Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.
8Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.
9Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.
10Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness’ sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
11Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. 12Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.
Are you blessed by God when hardships come your way? Just about everyone in America would not label you as blessed if you going through difficulties that are no fun. This passage causes me to breathe a sigh of relief. Of course, God would give comforting counsel to His followers. Even for today, we just need patience and trust in Him and His enduring words.
Serving Others Quote
~George Bernard Shaw
This is the true joy in life–
that being used for a prupose recognized by yourself as a mighty one.
That being a force of nature,
instead a feverish little clod of ailments and grievances complaining that the world will not devote itself to making you happy.
I am of the opinion that my life belongs to the whole community
and as long as I live it is my privilege to do for it whatever I can.
I want to be thoroughly used up when I die.
For the harder I work the more I live.
I rejoice in life for its own sake.
Life is no brief candle to me.
It’s a sort of splendid torch which I’ve got to hold up for the moment
and I want to make it burn as brightly as possible before handing it on to future generations.
