Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. . . that’s what the Bible says to do in 1 Peter 5:7.
To Thee I bring my care,
The care I cannot flee;
Thou wilt not only share,
But bear it all for me.

I bring the load that wearies me.

Got a problem you can’t solve? Things that have happened that bother you but you don’t know how to get away from them. Give it to God. Jesus said all power is given unto Him in Heaven and earth.

Just give your sad and frustrating problems to God, every day and several times a day if you must and then ask God to give you peace. If you did wrong, confess the wrong. Ask God to forgive (He always quickly forgives and then remembers it no more.) And if you must ask forgiveness to yourself (more than once if necessary)

6 Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, 7 casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.
8 Be sober, be vigilant; because[a] your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.
