How To Make A Paper Snowflake

Cheap, inexpensive, unique and fun. Great words to describe the activity of making snowflakes. Families need to take a few hours during the winter months to do this. It doesn't even need to be during the busy Christmas season. The other day I went to our bank and they had snowflakes daintily floating from their ceiling. Each had a creative and unique design. The internet has many lovely little designs to make anyone look like they have a creative flare:
