My big weakness is fear of trying new things and taking on all the details of the project. I'm glad I know that about myself. I don't want to say no to something just because of fear and laziness. Taking on a new and big challenge builds personal confidence. Confidence in which you can look back and say after it's all over, "Yes, I did that in my life and I have no regrets." I plan to pound this concept into the heads of my children!
