This Is What I Think

How did my MRI go? Well, I was a little chlostrophobic inside the machine at first. And they had to give me a shot in the arm in the middle of the procedure. But it was mostly okay. It took 30 minutes.

I asked the lady if my ENT specialist, Dr. Cordray, would contact me. She said they would contact me within a day. I kind of don’t want to know until I’m forced to. They should call my husband while I’m at work and then he’ll tell me when I get home.
Then MRI technician said the shot she gave me was ink to help see if there was a benign tumor near the ear. She said sometimes this happens. When I left she wished me good luck.
I haven’t talked specifically with my doctor or the MRI specialist about what might be causing the ringing. I just have theories I’ve figured out in my head. I think there may have been a very small mass causing the ringing 12 years ago. It may have been unnoticeable nine years ago when I had my first MRI. When the doctor saw my MRI after the first time he just said I had damage to the auditory nerve.
Slowly over nine years it has gotten bigger but I just think it’s benign and very slow growing. (This is crazy. I can’t believe I’m talking about such a thing!)
I’ll probably have to have an operation soon after Christmas.
All this is just my guessing. I’m not a medical professional.
