It's 2pm and I just finished talking to my doctor's nurse. She said there's nothing!!!! There's is nothing on the MRI.

Thank God! (I mean that, I'm not saying slang!) I just need to make an appointment when the doctor returns so we can go to the next step to figure out why there's an unusual ringing. :)
