Bible reference (New Testament) ~ Colossians 3:23-24

At church the pastor talked about Colossians 3:23-24.  In the past I have focused on verse 23 but I didn’t put 24 with it. As a Christian I know it’s important to be a good worker because you represent Christ  But when you’re working sometimes you need a little more than a command to do the right thing. Verse 24 supplies that.  God has rewards for the work we do.

23 Work willingly at whatever you do, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people. 24 Remember that the Lord will give you an inheritance as your reward, and that the Master you are serving is Christ.
