32:17 –
‘Ah Lord GOD! F311 Behold, You have made R1536 the heavens and the earth by Your great power and by Your outstretched arm! Nothing R1537 is too difficult for You,

who shows R1538 lovingkindness to thousands, but repays R1539 the iniquity of fathers into the bosom of their children after them, O great R1540 and mighty R1541 God. The LORD R1542 of hosts is His name;

great R1543 in counsel and mighty in deed, whose eyes R1544 are open to all the ways of the sons of men, giving R1545 to everyone according to his ways and according to the fruit of his deeds;

who has set R1546 signs and wonders in the land of Egypt, {and} even to this day both in Israel and among mankind; and You have made R1547 a name for Yourself, as at this day.
