Our local weatherman, Frank Mitchell proposed to his co-host Terry Bower on national television on ABC’s Good Morning America. How sweet it is . . . what a creative way to pop the big question.

Today they are still married. They have a little family. Frank is the chief meteorologist for Channel 8 KTUL and Terry focuses mostly on the children and is the spokesperson at a local aquarium center.
