I remember when the Berlin Wall fell between East Germany and West Germany. It was all over the evening news. The strength of communism fell with it.

Today I was listening to a radio program called Richard Land Live. This is a good program to listen to in order to get a good Christian perspective on current events. Dr. Land, a trusted Christian conservative recommended a book.
He said we should get it to help the younger generation understand the importance and get a good historical perspective on what it meant when the Berlin wall fell. The book is called The Wall: Growing Behind the Iron Curtain. It tells through pictures and from the personal perspective of Peter Sis what the iron curtain meant to him as he grew up in Czcheckslovakia.
