I plan to participate in a couple of 5K races this year with my husband and children.

We have already started getting in shape on our treadmill, taking walks and running the bleachers at our hometown stadium. The Oklahoma Runner has a website which outlines all the running events in Oklahoma. To save money I’m looking for the free ones. (Entry fees can add up quick when you have six people are involved!)
