America’s Beauty: Acadia of Maine

I checked out a big, thick, heavy book from the library the other day. It was filled with full- spread glossy photos of the amazing beauty found in America’s National Parks. I wrote down all 50 parks represented in the book. I want to use this to have fun with my children. We can do internet geography with these names. And they will be exposed to the natural treasures America possesses.
At the top of the list is Acadia National Park found in Maine.

My favorite time of the year is Autumn. Acadia National Park has breath-taking beauty during that season of her life. Here are some strickingly beautiful pictures.
My three favorites are
the vast sunset with a bright contrast in colors,
the huge valley filled with the complete spectrum of fall colors,
and the tall thin white Birch trees reaching toward the sky.
