John In 21 Days
Remember when I challenged you a few blog entries back to read the book of John beginning March 12th? It’s from the Back to the Bible website. My daughter Ginny and I are taking a spinach challenge. According to stats two thirds of Americans are obese! This is probably true because we eat out alot and we snack alot while watching TV.
Our goal: Eat 1 cup of raw spinach for a TV snack (about 5 times a week).
Sebastian
I substitute taught in a middle school English class last Friday. The fifth hour class was considered an extra unruly group. So I started the class by speaking with a loud firm (no smile) voice. I remembered what my husband said. He told me to think of the entire class as a group filled with the ornriest kids I would ever meet and their intentions were to take advantage of me.
